Welcome to our community! We’re a small, close-knit neighborhood of 73 homes located in a quiet, rural setting where we value peace, privacy, and a friendly, neighborly spirit.
As a homeowners association, our goal is simple: to maintain the shared spaces we all enjoy and help preserve the character and charm of our neighborhood. While we do follow a set of community guidelines as required by our governing documents we take a “live and let live” approach wherever possible. Common sense, respect for one another, and a little flexibility go a long way here.
We believe an HOA works best when it supports the people who live in it not the other way around. That’s why we strive to keep our rules reasonable, communication open, and decision-making grounded in what's best for the community as a whole.
